Overview of the ESD casters SVS series

The heavy duty wheels in the SVS series are made from high-quality machined mild steel.
With a hardness of 190 to 230 HB, the wheels are highly resistant to wear. The slightly crowned tread of the wheels provides a low level of rolling resistance. The steel material makes the wheels electrically conductive, with a leak resistance of ≤ 104 Ω.

The SVS series is frequently used for machine and systems engineering applications. The impressive load capacity and low mounting height of the SVS series make it suitable for applications where a low mounting height and electrical conductivity are required.

    The standard range of the SVS series contains wheels with diameters ranging between 2 ⁹⁄₁₆ and 12 inch combined with a ball bearing.

    Swivel casters with plate - ESD casters SVS series

    As standard, the SVS series is available with two different rig series with a plate fitting. These vary in terms of their design:

    LH series: Pressed steel swivel rig with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LS series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel rig with top plate fitting, heavy duty swivel head
